The service

GPT GIF Generator is an independent AI creation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by OpenAI. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. Model names identify the creation features available in the studio.

You must use your own Google account and keep it secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must meet the applicable minimum age and have legal capacity to use and purchase the service.

Your content and acceptable use

Only upload images and submit prompts that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use. Do not submit unlawful material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation intended to deceive, or content that infringes the rights of others. Content safety rules apply. We may restrict abuse or suspend accounts that misuse the service.

You retain your rights in uploaded content. You authorize us and our service providers to process your inputs to deliver the requested output. Use of generated content remains subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and these terms. We do not guarantee originality, exclusivity, copyright eligibility, factual accuracy, or fitness for a particular use.

Credits and payments

Prices are stated in US dollars. The checkout shows any applicable taxes and the final amount before payment. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly; yearly subscriptions renew yearly. Yearly plans are billed in full and grant all yearly credits upfront. Subscription credits expire at the end of their billing period and do not roll over. Cancel renewal in Billing settings before the next billing date; access and remaining credits continue until the current period ends. Credit packs are one-time purchases, do not renew, and expire 365 days after purchase. Cancelling a subscription does not cancel a separately purchased credit pack. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where legally required.

The studio shows the credit cost before generation. Different modes, quality settings, and frame counts have different costs. Failed generations return credits automatically. Unfinished creations that cannot be completed are cancelled and their credits returned when their status is checked.

Availability and limitations

AI generation may take time or fail. Available features, output quality, and generation speed may vary. Download your creations for safekeeping. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
