The service

GPT GIF Generator is an independent AI creation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by OpenAI. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. Model names describe the underlying technology used through our generation provider.

You must use your own Google account and keep it secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must meet the applicable minimum age and have legal capacity to use and purchase the service.

Your content and acceptable use

Only upload images and submit prompts that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use. Do not submit unlawful material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation intended to deceive, or content that infringes the rights of others. Provider safety filters apply. We may restrict abuse or suspend accounts that misuse the service.

You retain your rights in uploaded content. You authorize us and our service providers to process your inputs to deliver the requested output. Use of generated content remains subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and the model provider’s terms. We do not guarantee originality, exclusivity, copyright eligibility, factual accuracy, or fitness for a particular use.

Credits and payments

Prices are stated in US dollars. The checkout shows any applicable taxes and the final amount before payment. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew. Purchased credits expire 365 days after they are granted. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where legally required.

The studio shows the credit cost before generation. Different modes, quality settings, and frame counts have different costs. Failed generations return credits automatically. Pending tasks expire after one hour; expiration and refund are reconciled when the task or account history is next checked.

Availability and limitations

AI generation may take time or fail. Model availability, output quality, and generation speed depend on our providers. Download your creations for safekeeping. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
