Failed generations

When a generation task fails, its credits are returned automatically to the original credit grant. Tasks that remain unfinished for one hour expire and are refunded when you next check the task or your creation history. A refunded task cannot later deliver an output or charge again.

Unused credit packs

If you purchased a credit pack by mistake and have not used any of its credits, contact us within 14 days of purchase through a support ticket. Include the order number shown in your payment history. We will review the request and arrange an eligible refund to the original payment method.

Used credits and output quality

Used credits generally cannot be refunded merely because a generated result differs from your expectations. AI output can vary and should be reviewed before use. If a technical issue caused a charge without a usable output, send the task ID and order number so we can investigate and correct the credit balance.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

Contact support with the order numbers if you believe you were charged twice or paid an incorrect amount. Do not include full card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or other payment secrets in your ticket.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law. Approved cash refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method; processing time depends on your bank.
